Can I wash my Luna Mae London items in the washing machine?
All our Ready-to-Wear collections are satin silk which can get damaged in the washing machine if the temperature setting and spin cycle is too high. To ensure longevity with your purchases, we recommend dry cleaning only. For our Bespoke items, we recommend either specialist dry cleaning or using a gentle handwashing solution in lukewarm water, such as our trusted detergent which is available to purchase online here.
Can I have items altered in-store if I purchase online?
Absolutely, we offer complimentary in-store alterations. If you made a purchase online, please bring your item in store with proof of purchase and we will happily arrange a private fitting for you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer alterations without a fitting.
How can I wear the Ready-to-Wear collection?
All of our Ready-to-Wear collections are designed to allow for maximum versatility. Inspired by the concept of sophisticated lounging, the Willow Camisole, Isla Shirt and Effie Trousers can be worn just as much in the day time with heels or as pyjama sets around the home.
Can I purchase online and have the item(s) sent as a gift?
Yes, please select “Send As A Gift” upon checkout and we will ensure the price and order confirmation is not sent with the packaging. We can also include a handwritten message and gift receipt, if you wish.
Can I have my item personalised?
Yes, we offer bespoke monogramming on all Ready-to-Wear purchases. Please select this option upon checkout and we will take care of this for you. Please allow an additional two weeks for your order. Our classic monogramming is sewn with our signature gold thread which matches our gold buttons and sliders and is priced at £20 per letter.

How much is a bespoke lingerie set?
Prices for our bras start from £680 and briefs at £360. Additional embellishments vary in price depending on the techniques used, materials selected, and size of the embellishment. For example, a small macramé embroidery applique is an additional £300 and a large appliqué is £1,200. Bespoke monogramming is complimentary on all bespoke orders.

How long does it take to make a bespoke commission?
Our standard bespoke lead times are between six to eight weeks from receipt of the 50% deposit payment. We also have a Rush Service available at an additional cost.

All of our online transactions are processed through a secured and protected transaction via Sage Pay or PayPal.
